Melissa McGarvey

Melissa currently resides in London, Ontario, Canada and is the Director of Aquatics for British Swim School. She has over 20 years in a leadership development role with a focus on customer service, retention and child development. Previous to her current role Melissa worked for GoodLife Fitness (largest fitness company in Canada) and managed over 180 childcare locations and 26 pools as a National Manager. Now she has taken those separate roles and combined them to live her dream! Teaching children water survival lessons and training others to do the same is Melissa’s number one priority and feels privileged to do this work every day!
